Carlyle On The Green
Thursday, October 24, 2013

The Second Annual Grand Chefs Gala, hosted by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, provided guests the opportunity to enjoy a delicious four-course dinner prepared by world class chefs while raising funds and awareness for Cystic Fibrosis. Attendees also enjoyed lovely music, artisanal cocktails, and a silent auction.

Among the talented chefs were Marc Murphy, the Chef & Owner of Benchmarc Restaurants (Landmarc + Ditch Plains) and Benchmarc Events in New York City, Lia Fallon, the Executive Chef of The Riverhead Project, Fran Klier, best known as a former competitor on Fox's Emmy-winning competition "Hell's Kitchen", and Steven Ciccone, a Celebrity Pastry Chef whose work has won a constellation of awards from both domestic & internationally-acclaimed culinary societies, including gold medals from La Societe Des Chefs Cusiniers et Patiessiers du Quebec, Societe Culinaire Philantropique de New York & Les Amis Escoffier Societe'.

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, established in 1955, is the world's leader in the search for a cure for cystic fibrosis. They fund more CF research than any other organization, and nearly every CF drug available today was made possible because of the support of the Foundation.

The CFF is a nonprofit donor-supported organization dedicated to attacking cystic fibrosis from every angle with a focus on supporting the development of new drugs to fight the disease, improve the quality of life for those with CF, and ultimately to find a cure.
