Freeport
Pride hosted A Taste Of Freeport on Wednesday, October 3rd at the Freeport Recreation
Center. Proceeds raised at the event went towards the benefit of Freeport Pride, a
not-for-profit charitable organization that has been providing youth and substance
abuse services since 1970.
Not
only was the evening a celebration of fine eating featuring delicious food from the
Freeport community and surrounding areas, but guests also had the opportunity to visit
tables set up in the lobby to learn more about town of Freeport itself. There were also a
number of great raffles up for grabs and it was clear a good time was had by all. Listed
