Dan's Taste Of Two Forks 2015
Sayre Park
Saturday, July 18, 2015

Dan's Taste Of Summer started with GrillHampton the evening before and continued with the fifth annual "Taste Of Two Forks". Food Network star Katie Lee and Award-winning American Chef Michael Symon co-hosted this culinary tasting of the East End's finest restaurants at the charming Sayre Park in Bridgehampton. The event also honored renowned restaurateur and author B. Smith, for her dedication to dining in the Hamptons and Manhatten restaurants, as well as the country through her role with the American Chef Corps.

There were over 40 different restaurants from the North and South Forks serving decadent dishes of crab, oysters, ceviche, pulled pork, shrimp, and more. Wineries and other vendors like Blue Moon, Corona, and Tito's Vodka contributed to the evening by serving exquisite libations for guests to sample. Ice cream, cookies, and other delicious desserts were also made available by other generous purveyors.

Besides scrumptious culinary delights, another highlight of Dan's Taste Of Two Forks was Katie Lee's signing of her new cookbook "Endless Summer". Foodies enjoyed the opportunity to personally meet the television food critic and star of Food Network's The Kitchen while enjoying upbeat live music in the background.

This year marked the fifth annual "Dan's Taste Of Two Forks" and continues to be a wonderful excuse to visit the glorious Southhampton. A portion of proceeds benefits AFTEE (All for the East End), a non-profit organization that unites and supports non-profit organizations of Riverhead, Southampton, Southold, Shelter Island & East Hampton.
