The Bacon Bash took place this year at the Cradle of Aviation Museum in Garden City, NY, on Sunday, January 31st. Attendees got to celebrate bacon by tasting, purchasing, and otherwise indulging in everything bacon from about 46 local & regional vendors.

    

Guests were not only invited to taste mouth-watering bacon covered items such as cannolis, cakes, chocolates, donuts, pizzas, but also slices of bacon itself. Ridgewood European Pork Store and Bespoke Bacon were just two vendors with delicious bacon and other meat products that made our mouths water.

    

Tickets included admission to the Cradle of Aviation's fascinating exhibits. While Guests strolled around and delighted in the delicious foods offered, they were also able to view the classic airplanes that hung above. The Cradle of Aviation is an awe inspiring museum known for its dedication to preserving Long Island's rich aerospace heritage. Once again, the Bacon Bash was a soaring success!
